The TargetedTechnical Support program aims to provide small businesses with access to specialized expertise in three key areas of Quebec’s economy, in order to improve productivity, profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability. The three priority areas identified are : sustainable development, digital transformation and business transfer.
Funding envelope and terms

A total budget of $20,000 is available until March 31, 2026.

The Targeted Technical Support takes the form of a non-repayable contribution of $2,500, covering professional fees.

The company’s minimum contribution must be 25%.
Eligibility criteria by stream
Sustainable Development: Strategic support to implement eco-responsible practices and reduce the company’s environmental impact.
Digital Transformation: Strategic support to accelerate the digital transition of small businesses, such as implementing management systems (CRM, ERP), automating processes, robotics, smart technologies, or optimizing IT security.
Business Transfer: Strategic support to facilitate entrepreneurial succession and ensure continuity after an acquisition, such as management coaching, implementation of cost-tracking tools, etc.
Application process
Interested businesses must submit an application including:

A description of their project and intended objectives;

A quote or estimate of the required professional fees;

A justification demonstrating the project’s impact on their growth and sustainability.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all funds have been allocated.
